Cormac Watters
Managing Director,
SAP UK and Ireland

Cormac Watters, Managing Director, SAP UKI, has a key objective of helping SAP’s customers adapt quickly to changing and challenging market conditions.

By adopting SAP’s integrated solutions, to suit their individual needs, SAP enables customers to improve performance, efficiency and flexibility. Cormac is also responsible, with the support of his Leadership Team, for executing on the company’s business strategy and growth plans. This means simplifying how SAP delivers innovation to customers, ultimately helping its
customers to Run Simple.

Cormac joined SAP in October 2014 from the global technology distribution group DCC Exertis where he was Chief Operating Officer. He brings with him two decades of management experience to SAP, having held senior roles at organisations including Aryzta AG and Lawson. As the CIO of Aryzta AG, he led the company’s strategic transformation through IT. In his role as President at Lawson, Cormac had responsibility for the Central European

Colin Brookes
Chief Operating Officer
SAP UK and Ireland

As COO, Colin is responsible for providing sales support infrastructure to drive sales and operational excellence.Colin’s team enable and support multiple lines of business to ensure SAP UKI helps its customers to realise the full value from their SAP investments.

Colin is a highly proficient global sales leader with over 20 years’ sales, sales
management, operations and general management experience at board level.

Colin joined SAP in 2014 to lead the new Compliance team. Prior  o this he was an Independent Director and held positions as Senior VP Asia & Japan at Software AG.

Colin has held roles as an Executive Director & VP sales at Formscape Software Ltd and SVP & General Manager at KSS Ltd. 



Kevin Butcher
Head of Service & Support,
SAP UK and Ireland

In his role of Head of Service & Support, Kevin is responsible for running the combined SAP professional services and support business.

This entails providing customers with access to the knowledge, expertise and tools needed to successfully implement and run SAP solutions.

With his team, he is focused on ensuring customers can accelerate their adoption of new SAP technologies and leverage the investments they have made.   

Kevin has over 13 years’ of experience working at SAP in a number of senior delivery management positions.

He has been personally involved in the successful delivery of new and innovative solutions to some of SAP UKI’s largest customers. 

Prior to joining SAP, Kevin held a number of leadership positions including IT, sales, marketing and operations for SAP end-user organisations.



Mark Dunleavy

Financial Services & Insurance Director,
SAP UK and Ireland

Mark is responsible for driving innovation across SAP’s cloud and on-premise
technologies for the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) industries.

Mark is helping the FSI market to adapt to changing consumer and business demands,
and its use of technology to drive efficiencies and competitive advantage.

Mark’s key focus is core banking, core insurance and the digital bank as well as regulation & compliance, finance, HR, procurement and customer engagement.

Mark and his team also work closely with customers and partners to assist in the transition from on-premise to cloud, hosted and hybrid architectures.

Joining SAP in March 2014, Mark has had an extensive career within FSI software sales.

He has most recently held senior positions at Software AG and Informatica, as SVP Financial Services, and Managing Director - UK & Ireland, respectively.


Kevin Kimber
Head of Cloud,
SAP UK and Ireland

Kevin joined SAP in 2014 as Head of Cloud in the UK and Ireland, one of the fastest growing areas of SAP.

Kevin is responsible for developing and executing sales structure, operations,
strategy, customer satisfaction, marketing and revenue growth on the cloud

Customer focussed, Kevin has worked closely with some of SAP’s largest customers on strategic programmes.

Prior to joining SAP he was responsible for the EMEA operations at cloud services provider, Zuora.

Kevin brings with him breadth of knowledge of the cloud industry and proven sales experience in the enterprise space across the IT services industry.

He has a proven track record in growing and developing cloud start-ups in new regions.

Mario Di Mascio
Head of SCP,
SAP UK and Ireland

Mario joined SAP in May 2015 as Head of SCP in UK and Ireland, Mario is responsible for SAP’s largest and most strategic customers in the region.

Mario and his team work closely with SAP UKI’s large enterprise customers. His role enables them to leverage their existing investments and take advantage of SAP’s
new technologies to drive innovation.

With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Mario has held roles as the Vice President of Sales locally and across EMEA.

Mario has a deep understanding of the industry, allowing him to deploy innovative solutions and provide customers with real business insights.


Tom Loeffret
Human Resources Director,
SAP UK and Ireland

Tom has been with SAP since December of 2014 as Human Resources Director.

He leads the UK’s HR Business Partner organisation, and is accountable for delivering HR programmes and services to the SAP UK employee population.

Tom is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and works with the Executive Board to ensure the smooth running of SAP UKI.

Prior to his current role, Tom was the Human Resources Director for Global Sales and Services at Successfactors. 

With over 20 years’ experience, Tom has held a variety HR leadership positions at large, global organisations including Hewlett-Packard and Pepsico.

Simon Niesler
Head of Business Analytics,
SAP UK and Ireland

As Head of Business Analytics, Simon is challenging organisations to embrace change and find new ways to make and manage business decisions.

Simon’s team take new products and services to market allowing SAP customers to better understand and serve their own customers.

Simon joined SAP in May 2014 bringing with him significant analytics industry experience.

He has built and lead high-performance sales teams to deliver complex value propositions across the technology arena.

Most recently he headed up global sales at Dachis software, a leader in brand and
social media analytics.

Simon has a strong heritage in analytics sales; working for global analytics software vendor, Microstrategy, and UK retail analytics start-up, eCommera.




David Phull
Director of Core Industries,
SAP UK and Ireland

As Director of Core Industry Sales, David is responsible for bringing greater focus and precision to the sales function.

David’s team enable critical collaboration to improve alignment with SAP UKI’s customers’ needs,
ultimately helping SAP to better serve the UKI market.

David joined SAP in December 2010 as the Head of Retail, Travel and Transport Sectors.

Most recently, he was Director of Consumer Industries at SAP UK and Ireland and was responsible
for sales in this growing market.

Previously, David was part of IBM’s Software Group, where he held a variety of sales, consultancy and management roles over ten years.

David also has experience in direct to consumer organisations including Kingfisher, Sara Lee and DHL.


Rhiannon Prothero   
Marketing Director,
SAP UK and Ireland

Rhiannon joined SAP at the beginning of 2015 with the aim of transforming UKI marketing.

She is focused on increasing SAP’s visibility, driving market penetration and delivering customer value across the UK and Ireland.

Rhiannon has over 20 years’ of experience in senior marketing leadership roles, in both B2B and B2C organisations.

Recently, Rhiannon worked as a consultant helping businesses to drive marketing change and growth, and significantly improve competitive advantage.

During her career, she has held a wealth of senior roles at global organisations including Vodafone, PTC and Lawson.

She is a contributor to the UN Council for Women, and is a mentor for young entrepreneurs.



Leanne Taylor                                  Director of Licence Rights Management, SAP UK and Ireland

In her role, Leanne is responsible for ensuring customer compliance with SAP Software License Rights across the organisation.

As a customer focused professional, Leanne works closely with customers to manage existing and future complex license challenges.

Leanne’s team work with a number of SAP’s largest customers to add value to their licensing agreements, by creating transparency and consistency.

Leanne joined SAP in 2014, with a key focus on SAP’s equity vision, leading the UK & Irelands Business Women’s Network.

A Financial Services expert, Leanne was previously the Director and Head of Compliance Technology and Change Management at Standard Bank.

In her time with Standard Bank, she held a number of leadership roles, building customer-centric experience in Technology licensing and implementation.

Steve Wainwright
Head of Database & Technology,
SAP UK and Ireland

As UKI Head of Database & Technology, Steve drives innovation and customer engagement, and delivers customer value across SAP’s key technologies.

The SAP Database & Technology organisation incorporates HANA,Middleware as well as all SAP and Sybase data management and technology products.

This includes SAP EIM, enabling SAP to address market needs related to structured and unstructured data challenges.

Steve has strong leadership experience in the database and technology market, having spent 14 years at Oracle previous to joining SAP in October 2014.

As Vice President of Technology, he was responsible for the Database & Middleware sales organisations in the UK and EMEA.

Most recently he was General Manager of VCE, the Virtual Computing Environment Company, in EMEA.


Darren Hunt
Director, Public Sector,
SAP UK and Ireland

Darren leads the UK and Ireland Public Sector business and has a clear objective to maintain and grow SAP’s involvement in this key market.

Darren’s role focuses on recognising the challenges facing the Public Sector market.

His team deliver integrated, end-to-end enterprise solutions that enable successful, and efficient, business transformation.

Darren has significant experience across the software and consulting industries with a particular focus on Public Sector.

He joins SAP from PwC, following over 5 years as a board member at UNIT4 where he held responsibility for UKI Sales and Marketing.

Meghan McCarthy
Vice President, General Business & Partner Ecosystem,
SAP UK and Ireland

In her role, Meghan is responsible for the development of the General Business team to accelerate predictable, sustainable Growth.

She manages the partner landscape in the UK and Ireland, to capture market share and increase productivity and profitability.

Meghan leads her team in recruiting, developing and engaging with SAP’s partner ecosystem.

Having spent 18 years with multinational technology company Cisco, Meghan has experience as a director and an account and sales manager.

Most recently Meghan focused on developing the Cisco partner landscape with the aim of increasing productivity and profitability.
