A Sidecar Approach
 

Rather than reconfigure all of the existing systems into one, SAP S/4HANA Finance is being implemented as a "sidecar", allowing Türk Telekom to continue using its existing database. The team implemented SAP S/4HANA Finance on premises rather than in the cloud to adhere to regulatory restrictions. It currently functions as a central accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger system, consolidating data from the acquired companies.
