SAP Integrated Business Planning: Respond to new market expectations with real-time supply chain planning capabilities

SAP Integrated Business Planning: Respond to new market expectations with real-time supply chain planning capabilities

Meet future demand – profitability – with SAP Integrated Business Planning. Powered by SAP HANA in-memory technology, this real-time supply chain planning solution combines capabilities for sales and operations, demand, response and supply planning and inventory optimization. Take advantage of powerful supply chain analytics, what-if simulation, alerts, and more – in the cloud.

Why SAP Integrated Business Planning?

Because to keep up with complex, fast-moving markets, you need world-class supply chain planning capabilities that engage and connect stakeholders across your organization. With SAP Integrated Business Planning, you can:

  • Integrate sales and operations planning (S&OP), demand planning and sensing, response and supply planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Use social collaboration capabilities to rapidly refine forecasting and demand management
  • Get end-to-end supply chain visibility and run powerful predictive analytics on SAP HANA
  • Create what-if simulations to evaluate different plans and understand the potential impact of decisions

How can IBP accelerate your supply chain planning cycle?

Integrated business planning (IBP) is the process of combining sales forecasts, inventory targets, supply plans, and financial plans into a single operational plan. This plan, agreed to by all parties and €œblessed by business leadership, makes it easier to align supply with demand, and strategy with execution.

SAP Integrated Business Planning supports and accelerates this process via a set of supply chain planning applications that run on SAP HANA in the cloud.
